Communicating Responsibly
Our full service Customer Service Department is available from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time), Monday - Friday and easily reachable by phone, Fax, e-mail, or Live Chat. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to help our customers understand the features, advantages and benefits of each of our products and product lines, whether comparing them to traditional incandescent, halogen, or fluorescent lighting, or just understanding the differences between our own selection of products. Once you have made your selection, we can assist with configuration to ensure that you have everything you need to complete your installation.

We strive to provide as much education as we can regarding LED lighting. Our web site is continually updated to provide information about our product families and accessories. We provide a lot of information, including product sheets, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Assembly and Wiring Diagrams, tutorials, and videos to help you select the products that best fit your application and to help you assemble and install them.

Our Green Values

“Green” can be an overused term these days and its easy for most to easily ride the “Green” bandwagon and take artistic license with the use of the word, whether or not, they equally embrace the spirit. We are not perfect, and we don’t claim to be saints, but we do what we can to reduce our carbon footprints and we can, and will, always will look for opportunities to do more.  Not because it is a corporate responsibility, but because it is a value that we hold dear.

LED Lighting Solutions
We not only sell a wide variety of LED luminaires and lighting components, but we use them throughout our organization.

In an effort to have an office with low energy consumption, we invited an energy auditing team to assess our facilities. Because we don’t have a need for air conditioning, our heating units are energy efficient and we illuminate our workspaces with sunlight and LEDs, we were awarded high marks for having a very energy efficient office. Of course, we prefer sunlight, but in those instances where and when we need some extra light, we use many different types of LED luminaires in a variety of applications.

For example, we use the following:

Offices, Lounges, Conference Areas – Retrofit LED Luminaires,
Desks / Work Areas – LED Strip and LED Bar task lighting
Kitchens and Employee Lounge – LED Strip and LED Bar under cabinet and accent lighting along with LED Wall Washers for accent lighting
Warehouse – LED High Bay lights and retrofit luminaires
Hallways – Exit Sign Retrofit Kits

Product Packaging
We do our best to stay away from plastic when we can.  We avoid packing our products in clamshell plastic, which presents products well, but is difficult to open and often goes unrecycled and ends up in landfills.   We are packing more and more of our products in cardboard boxes and are researching and investing in more ways to create and use more recyclable packing, including less plastic, styrofoam, and more recyclable cardboard.  We are also researching the use of cane paper and soy based ink.

Packing and Shipping
We try to avoid using plastic and Styrofoam.  We pack with crumpled recycled paper instead of “peanuts” , plastic air bubbles, and Styrofoam.

Recycling
We recycle everything that we can.  Cardboard, glass, plastic, and technology.

Recycled Furniture
We have even created and purchased recycled furniture.  There is a way to save our landfills and still have stylish accommodations

Electronic Invoices
When possible, we try to print less paper and use electronic processes.  Instead of printing and faxing, we prefer to scan and e-mail.  We try to print as little paper as possible and store our records on company servers instead of in file cabinets

We try to e-mail invoices, when it works for our customers, and would prefer electronic ACH payments or credit card transaction instead of checks.  But the bottom line is working closely with our customers to present our values, but still let the customer work within theirs.

Public Transportation and Bicycles
Our offices are strategically placed near public transportation, allowing our workforce to use mass transit to get to work.  In addition to using mass transit, a significant portion of our workforce either carpool, walk, or bike to get to work.
