Whenever you need help with understanding specific products and their applications, configuring an application, reviewing schematics, technical drawings, analyzing bids, placing a purchase order, tracking a shipment, or even returning merchandise for any reason, there is a Customer Service Representative waiting to help you.

The Customer Service Department is open Mondays – Friday (excluding holidays) from 7:00 am (PST) until 5:00 pm (PST).  There are many ways to contact Customer Service: Phone, Live Chat (on the web site), FAX, e-mail, or if you are local, many of our local merchants visit us daily.

Purchase Order Placement
We accept Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) 24/7 via FAX and e-mail, and will respond, during normal business hours, with a PO Receipt Confirmation.  If you do not have your own Purchase Order Form, you can download one from our website.

Track a Package

Warranty
Diode LED warrants that all products are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five years (5 Years) from the date of original shipment.  For full Warranty information, please see our Terms & Conditions.  Please consult the store where you purchased your product, or contact Customer Service for additional details on Warranty inquiries.

We generally accept credit card prepayments for transactions and also routinely issue credit terms to credit worthy customers.  For credit consideration, a customer should submit a completed and signed credit application, noting their Diode Sales Representative, and supply a copy of their resale license.  For new customers or dealers desiring to become customers, the Customer Service Department can provide you with the necessary contact information to the appropriate Sales Representative.

Diode LED is a wholesale LED Lighting Supplier and does not sell directly to consumers.  Diode LED uses a network of independent Sales Representatives that are responsible for placing our line within different types of retail locations (Dealers) within specific geographical territories.

Where to purchase our product
Diode LED products are sold throughout the US, Canada, and the Caribbean in Lighting Showrooms and Electrical Distributors. Hardware Stores and several Internet Retailers offer some limited products.  Most of our Retail Locations showcase a Diode LED Display, which allows you the opportunity to sample different LED lights to find the best product for your specific application.

Even if you can’t find a location near you, you can purchase through most retail locations via the phone and Diode LED can ship the products directly to your home or business.
